When taking on a renovation project one of the major considerations is the roof. The condition of the existing roof (if there is one) would be the deciding factor as to whether a new roof is required or renovation of the existing is better. Some clients prefer to preserve as much of the original features as possible which would involve making sure that any parts of the existing structure are sound. In some cases it may be more cost effective to start from scratch and maybe incorporate some of the original design features within the new roof construction.

Some roof renovation projects may require very little work and others a lot, but I will happily advise my clients as to the correct way to proceed for the best results and for staying within a budget.

Time management is very important when undertaking a renovation project as all of the various trades must synchronise their work if time is going to be utilised efficiently. I endeavour to quote accurate completion dates for all my projects and can employ extra tradesmen to achieve this goal if necessary. All persons I bring on site are strictly supervised and qualified for the work that they undertake.
